Economy 3-5 Working Days
Orders under £99 + VAT and weighing under 2kg – £3.40 – 2nd class.
Orders under £99 + VAT and weighing between 2kg – 10 kg- £6.90
Orders under £99 + VAT that contain any items over 1m (1000mm) in length – £12.00
Orders under £99 + VAT that contain any items over 2m (2000mm) in length – £16.80

Express 2-3 Working Days
Orders under £99 + VAT and weighing under 2kg – £4.90 – 1nd class.
Orders under £99 + VAT and weighing between 2kg – 10 kg £9.90
Orders under £99 + VAT that contain any items over 1m (1000mm) in length – £16.00
Orders under £99 + VAT that contain any items over 2m (2000mm) in length – £20.40
Orders with weighing over 10kg – £28.90

Orders placed before 11.00am will be dispatched the same working day. Orders after this period will be dispatched the next working day. You should expect to receive your items within 4-6 working days-Econony (includes handling time), please be aware non stocked special order items may take up to 7 working days. Express should be delivered within 3-4 working days (including handling time). Express delivery is not available for Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isles and some remote areas where an additional charge may apply. Please call for further details. Standard charge for delivery outside UK Mainland will be chargeable flat rate of £5.99 for Economy delivery..

To Order Items:
Some items we show on our website and display in our showroom, we do not keep in stock.
These products are usually in stock at our suppliers and normally only take 48 hours for us to order in. Once we receive the delivery to our showroom the items will be placed on a next working day delivery and sent to you.
Please note some items are sourced from abroad and may have longer lead times from suppliers, please see the “Delivery time and availability” tab on each individual product for lead times.

Out of stock items and back orders:
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will place the item on back order and notify you of the expected delivery date. During this time you have the right to:

• Select another item that is in stock.
• Have the other items from your order sent out, and the back order items sent to you on a next working day delivery as soon as they arrive to us at our showroom.
• Cancel your order.
