Return policy

Should you wish to return an item(s) you must fill out the form which can be found here. The buyer has 14 days to return the item(s) to ourselves (excluding non-postal days). Items which are returned after the 14 day period will be rejected. Upon the return we will inspect the item(s) and issue a full refund within 5 days subject to condition. All items should be returned in the condition they were sent and any defects upon the return are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is expected to pay the postage cost in full.* 

Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all parts included and in a re-saleable condition. Good that are damaged, have parts missing or are in damaged packaging, will not be FULLY refunded.

*Stocked goods will be subject to 10% restocking charge.*

Bespoke, made to order, fabricated goods and tubing cut to size cannot be returned unless proved to be faulty.
We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.

*Please inspect each item(s) on delivery for any defects, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged or defective for a full refund or replacement.

*Sample service on selected products, If you have not chosen sample, returning those product will be liable to restocking charge of 25%.

*The return postage cost will not apply to the buyer if the item is deemed faulty or damaged in transit to the customer by our returns team. Terms and conditions apply.
